The New Brunswick section of the Orthopaedic Division's mandate is to support and facilitate the education and development of physiotherapists in New Brunswick. The unit is responsible for the organization of the Manual therapy Level courses in New Brunswick as well as promoting the advancement of orthopaedic physiotherapy in New Brunswick with sponsorship of other Orthopaedic courses.

The mission statement of the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association is the advancement of Orthopaedic Physiotherapy through the promotionof excellence in education, practice, and research.
